The Sr. Analyst, Client Reporting is a key role within the Omnicare Strategy & Marketing team. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for implementing and shaping our client reporting roadmap. This role will solve complex problems, while ensuring solutions set forth are easily understood and effectively implemented. As many of the reporting solutions created by this individual will align with discrete product and service offerings, this role will be expected to possess an understanding of our partner groups, such as Marketing and Product Development. The Sr. Analyst is expected to exhibit curiosity about the business to fuel rapid learning of our business and industry. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Client Reporting.
In this role you will need to:
- Partner closely with Product Development and Marketing teams to ensure the execution of our go to market strategies.
- Manage multiple concurrent reporting projects to successful completion.
- Develop and deliver regular presentations to team leaders; effectively establishing logical frameworks, communicating key findings, and summarizing insights and implications.
- Produce findings from multiple data sources, cutting through noise and recommending action.
- Leads efforts to institute new KPIs, and tracking processes for those KPIs.
- Integration of primary and secondary data sources, despite data needing to be cleaned.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Idea generation pertaining to report design and deployment strategy, understand how clients and colleagues will consume and interact with the insights provided.
- Submit ideas pertaining to the structure and design of reports to ensure the messaging is clear while driving consistency across multiple reports.
- Perform UAT with various data sets, ensuring data integrity.
- Use and grow skill with enterprise solutions (i.e. Tableau / iTools) to increase our reporting capabilities.
- Analyze data, produce insights, and perform root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Results-oriented aligning yourself with team and company results.
- High-level of skill and experience in data analytics, able to recommend business actions despite ambiguous or open ended questions.
- Possess the ability to communicate complex analytical solutions in a way that can be easily understood by multiple audiences.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and on paper, and at multiple levels of the organization (in particular, PowerPoint presentations)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to analyze and solve practical problems
- Ability to meet strict deadlines

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years required in roles relating to business analytics.
- Familiar with computing languages, specifically SQL and Python.
- Advanced skills with data warehouses and data visualization software such as Tableau.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of the Health Care Industry, with specific background in institutional pharmacy / retail pharmacy / pharmacy benefits strongly preferred

Education
- Bachelors in Business Administration with an area of study relevant to business analytics.
