Toyota's Cincinnati Parts Distribution Center, is looking to fill a Warehouse Associate position. Warehouse associates are expected to meet or exceed established productivity and quality measures in a high performing team based environment. All Safety practices, procedures, and guidelines must be strictly adhered to at all times. Associates must comply with accident/incident reporting procedures and requirements

Warehouse associates are required to rotate job tasks and work overtime in order to meet business needs. This job requires dedication to continuous improvement, participation on warehouse committees and Kaizen projects. Associates must maintain an acceptable work attendance record.

The 2nd shift hours are from 3:30pm to 12am with occasional overtime.

Warehouse associates are responsible for:

* Picking, sorting, packing, consolidating, staging, auditing and dock delivery plan compliance for varies destinations, which require accuracy and compliance with daily workload plans to ensure delivery of damage and error free parts to outbound carriers. These processes require accuracy, efficient processing, compliance to daily workload plans, and damage and error-free parts delivery to outbound carriers.
* Unloading, staging, sorting and binning all inbound bin and bulk materials from Parts Centers, inter-PDC transfers and dealer returns. These processes require accuracy, efficient processing, compliance to daily workload plans, and damage and error free parts handling to ensure inventory integrity.
* Operating powered equipment including order pickers, motorized stock chasers, stacker lifts (a.k.a. reach forklifts), and counterbalanced forklifts (a.k.a. sit down forklifts).
* Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines and perform all work in a safe manner.


Ability to correctly inventory, pick, store, ship, and receive parts

Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, pull, climb stairs, and operate various power equipment (reach trucks, stock chasers, forklifts) and to operate power equipment at heights up to 25 ft.

Ability to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs without power equipment assistance

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work 3:30pm to 12am with occasional overtime
